Using iPhone Duo

MiniAmFm focuses on iPhone Duo. The inner display arranges the receiver and controls around the available space and fold. Fold-aware arrangements require iOS 27.1 or later. The optional outer-display now-playing panel is noninteractive, can be disabled in Settings, and appears when the system makes it available.

A station won’t play

Check your internet connection, then try another station. Streams may be temporarily offline or restricted by region. If the app displays “Signal lost”, try Retry or Choose station. MiniAmFm streams internet radio; it cannot receive over-the-air broadcasts without a connection.

Save a favourite or preset

Tap the heart beside the selected station to save it. Use the header heart to open saved stations. Tap a numbered preset to recall it; touch and hold a preset to replace it with the current station. Tap an empty preset to save there.

Find a new station

Tap the aerial icon to search the Radio Browser directory. AM searches talk stations; FM and WORLD browse the general directory, including music.

Listen in the background

Press Listen live to start playback. The app supports background listening and lock-screen controls. If headphones disconnect, playback pauses. Use the audio output control to choose a system audio destination.

Set a sleep timer

Open Settings from the gear icon and choose a timer duration. Playback will pause when the timer ends.

Downloading the app

The app does not yet have a verified App Store listing. The download section will link directly to Apple when the listing is available.
